Position Summary

The Billing Specialist is responsible for a portfolio of accounts and the respective diverse day-to-day activities specific to ensuring accurate invoicing. This would include: integrity of consultant assignment(s); invoicing specifics including VMS systems; and responding to questions from field as well clients.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of invoicing assigned portfolio of clients
  • Input and maintain client billing information including assignment set-up and assignment modifications
  • Respond to billing inquiries from management, clients, etc.
  • Maintain consistent communication with all internal and external customers to insure accurate billing by compiling and analyzing data
  • Prepare billing adjustments, when necessary, to ensure all invoices contain the correct data
  • Provide support to sales and operation in achieving financial goal and customer satisfaction
  • Handle research requests for detail/documentation, as needed
  • Reconciliation of 3rd Party Billing Systems
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

Associate College Degree in Finance

Experience

  • PeopleSoft experience a plus
