Position Summary

What We Offer

Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to consultants to learn about their consultant, client, and Oxford experiences, in an effort to provide superior customer service experience.
  • Answer inbound calls and emails to assist consultants with various inquiries, including escalated conflict resolution.
  • Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with their questions throughout the life cycle of their assignment at Oxford.
  • Act as an extension of our recruiting team to aid our consultants with questions before, during and after their assignments.
  • Respond to inquiries from management, clients, etc.
  • Provide project assistance/analysis as needed.
  • Handle research requests for detail/documentation as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree in Business or Preferred

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Detail oriented individual with excellent work/time organizational skills, as well as analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prior outbound Call Center or Inside Sales Customer Service experience is
  • Work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Self-motivated to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize
