Position Summary
This attorney is primarily responsible for supporting the organization’s business objectives by providing sound legal counsel and advocacy, commercial contract negotiation and strategic business support for Oxford Global Resources and its related entities. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of Beverly, MA.

Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on client-based master service agreements, statements of work and similar, vendor and employment related agreements;
- Provide legal support on issues related to new business opportunities and contract strategy;
- Aid senior attorneys’ support of human resources, finance, other back-office departments with timely legal support involving research, investigations, counsel, and dispute resolution;
- Provide frontline support to the sales teams as needed throughout the day, fielding inbound inquiries and requests with a focus on expediency and accuracy;
- Assist with general legal matters to be assigned as company needs require, including support of legal claims and litigation support;
- Proactively seek out opportunities to support team members with shared workloads, to identify risk areas and opportunities to propose mitigation and policy updates, and to overall better enable the business;
- Conduct other duties as assigned.

- JD from accredited law school
- Admission to the Bar in at least one jurisdiction
- Willingness to learn everyday
