Director, Strategic Accounts

Position Summary
The Director, Strategic Accounts is responsible for growing Gross Contribution in a group of top accounts in support of an Oxford industry or discipline. This position sells all Oxford staffing and consulting service lines to all levels of management within each client. This position is also responsible for creating an organizational chart and an actionable call lists. The Director, Strategic Accounts must work well with Oxford Account Managers, Recruiters, Directors and executives. This individual should collaborate with corporate department heads in order to ensure we are being a great partner to the clients and consultants working at these accounts.
What We Offer
Responsibilities
- Grow Gross contribution in the group of accounts monthly, quarterly and annually
- Develop organizational charts and actionable call lists for each client assigned
- Develop sales strategies and visit cadence with each client
- Put together visit summaries to share with the team to develop and ensure we execute on follow up items
- Develop and maintain long term business relationships with clients and consultants
- Address issues and opportunities with each client and escalate as needed
- Work collaboratively with all Oxford front office and back office teams

- Ability to travel ( 50% )

Education
Experience
- Prior senior level staffing experience
- 5+ years of industry experience in Oxford Industry verticals (Healthcare, Life Sciences…)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative, outgoing, energetic person with proven track record of exceeding goals
- Multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of MS office products

Salary Information: $75,000-$115,000
