Position Summary

The Director of Corporate Recruiting will lead and execute the full cycle recruiting process, use strategic networking and sourcing skills to build candidate pipelines that enable us to fill jobs quickly. This position also handles establishing and reporting on the recruiting metrics that drive our success. This role will create and foster an environment to include culture enhancement initiatives, development opportunities and increased communication to generate energy and excitement around the Company’s mission and purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement programs, plans, policies and procedures for recruitment, assessment testing, and job placement
  • Plan and direct activities of Recruiting Team to carry out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, developing and managing a pipeline of candidates, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, , checking references and background checks
  • Work with senior management to understand the upcoming open positions, current open requisitions, titles, roles, and locations; Assign and distribute approved requisitions to Corporate Recruiters
  • Conduct weekly team meetings via Teams to remain updated and engaged with each Recruiter
  • Work with Human Resources and IT in the administration of offers and new hire paperwork
  • Interview candidates for open positions as needed
  • Oversee internal and external job posting program(s)
  • Monitor and oversee employee referral program
  • Determine online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates in partnership with Marketing
  • Monitor and report on key initiatives

Additional Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of SuccessFactors Recruiting Module
  • Collect data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, assessments, interviews, offers, hires, and terminations
  • Analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, candidate sources, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with the goals and policies of the organization
  • Communicate notable trends, pipeline concerns, and process improvements to senior management
  • Consult with management and finance to prepare staffing budgets and projections
  • Supervise all staff in the Corporate Recruiting department
  • Collect 30, 60, and 90 day candidate feedback and distribute to HR, Training, and senior management
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Proven knowledge of MS Office products

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree in Preferred

Experience

  • 5+ years in recruiting and management of recruiters, or recruiting and leadership experience
  • Familiarity with process flow, HR metrics, and employment law surrounding interviewing and hiring
