Sales Operations Analyst

Position Summary

You will partner with and advise the Global Sales team to optimize operational reporting, the sales process in current CRM tool, evaluation of enhancements and possible upgrades to existing CRM tool and processes, ensure data and insights are clean and actionable. You will also support creating analytical rigor, process improvement, dashboard/reporting creation, forecasting, territory management, account prioritization, quarterly business reviews, ad hoc analysis and actionable insights and recommendations.

This is a high-profile role, with project work being presented to senior stakeholders across the organization. To succeed in this position, you’ll combine your strong business and GTM acumen, attention to detail, affinity for business process, and communication skills to drive cross-functional alignment aimed at achieving Oxford’s overall business objectives in an efficient and scalable manner.
Reporting to the Global Manager of Finance & Sales Operations, you will be a crucial member of sales enablement through data and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail is critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to interact with management.

  • Analytical Savvy: Ability to work with complex data sets, formulas and systems/tools/CRMs to create impactful reports, develop data-driven recommendations, and dashboards when needed

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree in Business or Marketing

Experience

  • Experience: 3-5 years professional work experience
