Position Summary
The Travel Coordinator supports the business objectives for the organization by coordinating travel arrangements for consultants working on remote assignments as well as assisting corporate employees with approvals & questions.

- Make professional and accurate business travel arrangements for our corporate accounts including air, car, hotel, and ground transportation reservations
- Follow company procedures, account guidelines and customer service standards in all areas of travel coordination
- Work as a team member and assist others as needed in completing all functions related to servicing the client and the consultant
- Maintain favorable working relationships with consultants, all other company employees and vendor partners
- Provide solutions to travel related problems clients may have
- Learn new software and maintain good computer skills
- Work well under pressure to resolve unexpected and unanticipated problems
- Show flexibility to perform unscheduled assignments
- Maintain good attendance
- Other duties as assigned

- Promptly notify manager of all matters of significance
- Learn new software and maintain excellent computer skills

Education
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years corporate travel or travel agency experience with GDS knowledge and Concur website (a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service roles
- Strong ability to interface with all levels of the organization
