Introduction

Oxford Global Resources, a leading global professional services company is looking for an experienced digital marketing specialist with a strong background in B2B marketing to join their global marketing team.

This role involves the management of the Oxford website, the implementation of paid campaigns and overseeing other digital platforms and channels to drive new business opportunities for Oxford.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience across platforms such as Word press, HubSpot, Google AdWords, GA4 and LinkedIn Advertising. The role also requires the candidate to have a strong analytical mindset with strong communication and organisational skills.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Marketing Manager based in Cork but will also be a part of a global Marketing Department with colleagues based in the US.

The Role...

  • Manage, optimise and report on a multilingual website in WordPress with the objective of driving new business and consultant leads for Oxford.
    Creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of digital channels including LinkedIn and Google Adwords, with a primary focus on B2B campaigns and a smaller focus on B2C. 
    Act as the marketing owner for Hubspot CRM ensuring the platform is optimised and used configured to be the central driving force for outbound and inbound marketing activities.
    Efficiently manage advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and platforms to report on ROI.
    Oversee the implementation and integration of new digital marketing tools and platforms.
    Analyse data and metrics to gain insights, make data-driven decisions, and optimize future marketing campaigns.
    Providing regular reports on campaign performance, including KPI analysis and evaluation.
    Act as the lead partner with digital Agencies for PPC and SEO for optimisation and ongoing projects.
    Generating ideas and implementing strategies for effective client and consulant email campaigns.
    Planning, developing, implementing and analysing our SEO strategy to successfully attain organic traffic goals and ROI maximization.

Additional Responsibilities

  • With the rest of the Marketing team act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy.
  • Briefing other marketing team members such as content and design on assets and materials required for digital campaigns.

  • Proficient in the use of building, launching and optimising LinkedIn campaigns based upon performance and results.
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable analysing data with a proven capability to use data to drive business/optimisation decisions required.

You...

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 3- 5 years of digital marketing experience with a track record of launching successful paid programmes, particularly within B2B environments. 
  • Previous online marketing experience for a multinational company with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing, ideally within the professional services of consulting industries.
  • Experience in managing WordPress CMS and websites.
  • Proven track record in overseeing and managing HubSpot account for inbound and outbound marketing activities.
  • Solid background experience managing digital campaigns and content marketing, particularly within the B2B sector.
  • Strong experience in PPC performance marketing campaign management, including A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Experience working with digital agencies.
  • Strong understanding and functional expertise of B2B Digital Marketing across key channels including Paid Search, Email, SEO, Display and social media required
  • Analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency and knowledge of web metrics and marketing analytics tools (email metrics, GA4, other emerging tools).
  • A team player with proven capability to work with multiple teams, providing direction and taking direction.
  • High attention to detail and project management skills.
  • Experience with relevant software packages and tools – Microsoft Office, Google, LinkedIn, Tableau, HubSpot, WordPress and SEM Rush
  • Multinational experience and knowledge of working directly with KPIs/sales teams within a B2B context is an advantage.
