Position Summary

The Account Manager is responsible for supporting the organisation’s business objectives by developing and maintaining long term business relationships with our multinational Clients. This individual should effectively and consistently communicate with client managers, across Europe, over the phone and identify and generate consultant assignment opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Expand existing, long-term business relationships with Clients while identifying and developing new accounts from a database of client managers.
  • Developing a new network by contacting organisations to position Oxford as a supplier.
  • Grow our company’s presence in key accounts over a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and generate revenue in line with company strategy and individual objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive overview of our Clients’ structures and culture by building relationships with key contacts within these organisations and by maintaining regular contact.
  • Develop and drive business development strategies with each Client by understanding their short and long term requirements and upcoming projects.
  • Where appropriate, conduct on-site visits with our Clients and develop summary reports with action items.
  • Coordinate effectively with our accounting, legal and HR teams to ensure contracts and terms are in place and that the client relationship is managed appropriately.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be defined by your manager from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's Level Degree

Experience

Prior experience identifying and generating sales opportunities is preferred.
